Yea I tryed but all games use to much hands (I know, because of the controller) but sucks that the Rboxing do not include leg kicks knee ups or something like Charleston movement. I used to practice tae kwon do (for 10 years) so I like to mix arms legs. I love RB but it is to short (25 minutes or so is? max, I need one hour, if I play it twice then the beginning cools me off when I restart... and I hate the voice change in fit plus, guy on RB fit+ is annoying

If you have Fit Plus, you already have "My Wii Fit Plus," which lets you select a string of workouts from the Yoga and Strength menus. Start it off, and go non-stop (including warnings) without reaching for the remote. Solves the "Fitness Interruptus" problem. My health coordinator also says start /? stop / start / stop is good for the body. Calls it "Interval Training." Also try longer durations of aerobics games like Rhythm Boxing.

Hi! Little help please. I would like to use my Wii for exercising, I have couple of games but it is just not what I need. Let me explain. I need exercise to be continuous, without yea you did it great work bla bla. Just 30 minutes or more exercising, starting with warm up and progression. Wii fit and 2 - I have to select new ex. and my muscles get cold. Exerbeat - too much bla pause within exercise (I jump or spin when they talk in between, but? thats not OK). And everyday - arms. Any suggestion?

I personally like Wii Fit (Plus) cause it is fun and gets you sweating. I know some people say that you hardly sweat, but thats if you dont play the game right. I play for 30-40 minutes and I lose about 1.7 lbs a day, I know it? doesn't sound like much but Im just starting out.

I'm surprised you put Wii Fit on the first position. Yes, it has some fun elements in it (ski jumping anyone?) and I bet it did very good sales wise, but it's just not a good workout. You have to pick each exercise manually. It doesn't tell you which exercises to do in which order. Apparently Wii Fit Plus is a bit better in that? regard. Personally I like My Fitness Coach, My Fitness Coach Cardio Workout and EA Active most.

i cant say i have that problem for this workout, but i do have that problem for the level 3 workout and im a soccer player (my legs are by far the strongest and most resilient muscle). Any exercise that require your legs to be off the ground works on ur upper legs and hip flexors more than it does ur abs. If ur upper legs are killing then ur doing the exercise right and ull just? hve to work through it. Also i would recommend trying to do some hip flexor exercises too.

When I get to the 4 times abs I die lol (btw the video doesnt show this one properly, because when doing this excercise the? legs are not supposed to touch the ground AT ALL, and it burns WAY MORE.) Also I cant do the double crunch properly..... Whenever I contract my legs my body falls backwards T_T

Girl, I feel your pain. I had? cancer at 14 (caused me to go from 130 pounds-210 by the end of high school), I've struggled with chronic fatigue and autoimmune issues from the treatment (hashimotos), but I've lost almost all of the weight and eat mainly raw veggies and wild caught fish. I'm starting p90x tomorrow and have already built up a lot of muscle in the gym, hopefully this can take me to the next level! Good luck to you and you look great! You are an inspiration!

I totally disagree not all people are unhappy with their bodies to begin p90x uh uh... It is about keeping challenging your body and mind. When you are into working out you aim to challenge yourself everyday more and more. It is about pushing it to the end until you get your goals, for some is endurance, for others? improving their time, but overall it is about health. No pills, no dieting like crazy just eating what it is right, we all know what hurts the body... so just avoid it.

Yes there is exercises with dumbells too. Even I am good fit, I have to use lightest weights because its really effective. I think most of programs are even more effective than running even without any extra weight. I like this game and would to recommended it? to person who search some fitnessgame. It has programs to all situation. Like all Ubisoft games it has lots of weakpoints and things that I would program more smartly but as a fitnessgame, motivation of playing this is different

There are so many different workouts on this game I'm yet to get bored with it at all. Plus the free Men's Health fat burning programme with weights kicked my arse the first time I used it. The tracking does sometimes get it wrong and lower my score even though I'm nailing a routine, but I'm playing it for? my health, not for a perfect score. Loving it, will keep at it.
